Description of the problem | Takata recall received notice of recall 1st week of july, 2017. Contacted perillo bmw, 1035 n clark st, chicago, il 60610, on july 8, 2017. Was told that the part was not in stock, and that they would have to order the part. I was told that they would call back within a week or two to schedule an appointment. I have had no further information from perillo bmw, now more than three weeks later. They have not honored the recall. |
