Description of the problem | There is a recall on the 2010 650i bmw the recall number is 10v4466000 for the brake vacumm pump leaking oil and upon speaking with someone at the bmw 800 number they indicated that this issue was vin number specific. My argument against this issue is that if it was a vin specific issue but other vehicles in that same year are affected then why would this not be an issue that is accepted by the dealership especially considering the vehicle has less than 100,000 miles and is less than a year old. This issue could cause engine damage which can cause a dangerous driving situation. |
