Description of the problem | My temperature light came on and bmw of catonsville says that my two auxiliary water pumps need replacing. They says the parts are not a recall item, but when i gave them reference number 12v-161 which is a old recall number i was told it doesn't apply to my car! Also, i don't know if their telling me the truth but i've been told that the engine in my truck has valve stem seal problems for this same year. If there telling me the truth, then i fine with making payment for repairs, but if they have an issue with this vehicle i'm truly "unsatisfied!" can you look into this matter, please? Be advised, my vehicle is still drivable. |
