Description of the problem | Bought vehicle september 7, 2015. Vehicle from very start had vibration, wind tunnel sound, and shimmy in steering at highway speeds. Drive vehicle for long period of time you get a headache. After many attempts dealer could not fix this. Dealers attempts to repair drove three other enclaves which had same problem and gmc acadia with same problem. Told this is normal for vehicle. I tried to return vehicle for my trade in. They said no. Gm district rep. Also said vehicle is normal. I am stuck with this vehicle. Gm knows they have problems but does nothing.[xxx] *bf |
