Description of the problem | When stopping suddenly the brakes went to the floor, the car would not turn. The steering was locked and the car was still moving. The car ran into another in front of it. It took about 5 minutes of pumping the brakes to get them to come back. The dealership didn't seem concerned. The dealership said abs systems won't stop you they just keeps you from going sideways. You can hear the abs system moan when you first take off after a stop. Is this the way they were designed to work? Is this safe? This seems so unlike chrevrolet to sell products that work this way! *ak |
