Description of the problem | I got an intermittent very hard break petal resulting in no breaks. No problem codes were generated by the computer and consequently the dealer could not find a problem. I worked with decrain service station, 815-3382729, who worked with napa identa fix, 800-627-2349, incident # 1186590, to isolate the abs control modual faulty. Cost of repair $2100. Gm,800-222-1020, declained to offer any assistance, case # 990229901 because out of warrenty. This problem was featured in usa today article in nov. 1998. |
