Description of the problem | Transmission has a "stutter" to it. Upshifts have a 'stutter" or lag to them at low rpm. Very dangerous driving around town when you have stop and go traffic. Downshifts automatically going down a steep grade ,the downshift is so bad it wants to throw you through the windshield. Have had truck to dealership at least 3 x. Truck is dangerous to drive in traffic as this transmission is not working properly. Have contacted gm in dec. Of 2017 but got no reply (imagine that). Truck has about 18,500 miles on it bought in dec. Of 2016. Highway driving is fine, driving around town is terrible as i said transmission "bucks" or "stutters". For the time being truck will sit and will not be driven except to the dealer. |
