Description of the problem | While driving my 2016 colorado i experienced a loss of power steering. It has happened many times and various situations weather it was at highway speeds or local roads. It has gone out while sitting still. There is no indication when it is going to happen. I attempted to have a dealership look at it while i was experiencing the issue and they refused to do it with out and appointment. How can i make an appointment when it is not a full time issue. It is a very dangerous problem to lose power steering while making a turn on a busy road. I am well aware that there was an issue with the 2015 models and there was a recall and now the 2016 models are experiencing the same issues and gm refuses to fix the issue with out it being an extremely expensive repair. |
