Description of the problem | Thursday morning i got into my colorado z71 truck which was parked in the driveway. The vehicle started up but the steering was locked up,i. E., very tight. Upon putting the truck into reverse to back out of the driveway i noticed how very stiff and almost impossible to turn the steering wheel. I turned off the engine then sat in the vehicle, still in the driveway, then i tried starting three more times where the engine started up fine but the steering was still extremely stiff. I called for a tow truck to come take my truck to the nearest chevrolet dealer. Just before he was to arrive i went to move my truck into the street so it could be loaded on the tow truck |
