Description of the problem	The rear fenders on truck are blistering. There are bumps all along the outside of the rear fender wells. The problem is road debris and small stones getting up inside the inner fender wells and vibrating down pushing dents through to the outside of vechicle. This is going to result in accelorated rust through of the rear fenders as the finish is damaged on both sides of the panels. I have worked with the dealer, who attempted one repair (which failed) but i have been told by them and gm customer service that they will not fix the issue. The truck had 16200 miles on it when this started. I found online that other gm trucks have this issue, chevrolet issued a service bulletin on silverados for the same issue and other people are complaining on the colorado owners sites but gm is refusing to make repairs. This issue is going to cause rust through and jagged bodies on all of these vechicles in very short order in northern areas.
