Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 chevrolet colorado. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph, the traction control warning light illuminated and the message power steering failure was displayed on the instrument panel. The steering wheel became very difficult to turn in either direction. After turning off the vehicle and restarting the vehicle, the failure self corrected and the vehicle operated as designed. The vehicle was taken to chevrolet of canton located at 250 liberty blvd, canton, ga 30114, who diagnosed that the electronic steering motor and torque sensor were defective and needed to be replaced.
