Description of the problem | Ignition key remains stuck after vehicle is in placed in "park". Key will not release from the ignition, leaving vehicle in "acc" mode. Need to continuously restart and reshift vehicle to eventually release the key. Have personally spent upwards of 20 minutes trying to release key. Have taken to a certified chevy dealer 2 times, with no success. The dealer indicates chevy "is aware of the situation, but has no recall at this time." multiple online posting indicate it is a problem happening to numerous people. |
