Description of the problem | Driving down the road, vehicle in use, manufacturer installed touch screen with suddenly move on it's own, changing the radio stations, flipping through options, turning off directional aids, screen will flash. It has once called onstar on it's own. Also changes the screen in the center of the driver's screen on the dashboard at the same time so eyes are shifted to it from the road, causes a distraction. Dead spots on screen leaves you unable to try to remedy the situation. Vehicles has less than 50k miles. I do have a video available but unable to upload here. Continuously happens, not just once but each time vehicle is driven. |
