Description of the problem | The transmission surges causing the truck to lunge forward when starting from a stop. The key will not turn completely off allowing the key to be removed. Both events occur occasionally so if the dealer says it did not happen to them then there is nothing they can do. Both things are being reported on the internet by numerous people. Both things are safety hazards. |
