Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 chevrolet cruze. The contact stated that the instrument panel darkened while driving various speeds. In addition, the key was stuck in the ignition when the contact attempted to restart the vehicle. The vehicle battery had to be disconnected in order to release the key from the ignition. The failure occurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer six times for the failure; however, the dealer was unable to locate a failure code. The vehicle was not repaired. The vin was unavailable. The failure mileage was 19,000. |
