Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 chevrolet cruze. The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph and attempting to stop the vehicle, the vehicle failed to slow down and the contact had to apply excessive pressure to the brake pedal in order to stop the vehicle.
