Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 chevrolet cruze. The contact stated that the inside of the vehicle smelled like burning plastic and the windows on the vehicle fogged up. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer three times before they were able to determine that the heating core caused the fog. The heating coil was replaced but the contact stated that the vehicle then smelled of burning coolant and plastic. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 22,000 and the current mileage was 25,900. |
