Description of the problem | Driving in hard rain in near rush hour chicago traffic, the driver's side windshield wiper quit working making driver's visibility very poor. The wiper transmission was replaced to repair the car at owners expense, because the car was outside of 3year/36,000mile warranty based on mileage. |
