Description of the problem | Stepped on gas pedal to accelerate, heard clicking and grinding noise, engine rived up and no forward movement. Stopped vehicle, put it in park, vehicle still moved, had to apply emergency brake to secure vehicle. Front half axle shaft is broken. Cruze is at the dealership i purchased it from. As of today, this will be going on the fourth week without my own vehicle. Gm customer service cannot help me, they keep telling me to talk to the dealership. The dealership can not get any time frame on repairs and the local gm rep will not contact me . I never did get a recall notice. It seems like no one at gm wants to make a decision on how to handle this situation. I have requested to start a by back on the vehicle because i have lost faith in this vehicle and gm products. As of today 5/13/2014 i have had no help in resolving this situation. |
