Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 chevrolet cruze. The contact stated after shifting to park and exited the vehicle, it began to roll away while the key was removed from the ignition without warning. The contact had to quickly re-enter the vehicle and depress the emergency brake in order to stop the vehicle from rolling away. Shortly after the contact attempted to restart the vehicle and the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not taken to a local dealer or independent mechanic for diagnostic test. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 34,000.
