Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 chevrolet cruze. While driving 70 mph, the vehicle turned off without warning. The contact had to press the start button to get the vehicle to drive again. On three different occasions, while driving 70 mph, the vehicle decelerated to 40 mph. The vehicle was taken to starling chevrolet (13155 s orange blossom trail, orlando, fl 32837) where they replaced the motor, but the failure recurred. After multiple trips to the dealer, the sensor was replaced, but the failure recurred a couple of months later. The manufacturer was contacted and made aware of the failures. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 19,000. |
