Description of the problem | The windshield wipers failed to return to the off position. They got stuck in the on position. The vehicle was in motion at the time the issue occurred. The wipers remained stuck even as the vehicle was parked and turned off. Attempts to reset the wipers using manual force were unsuccessful. The next morning en route to the dealer, the wipers returned to the off position upon starting the vehicle to drive. The wipers stuck again several times while driving to the dealership for service. |
