Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 chevrolet equinox. While the contact's wife was driving 15 mph, an abnormal noise was heard. While attempting to drive back home, the vehicle stalled. The contact attempted to restart the vehicle and heard a clicking noise. The contact mentioned that the vehicle underwent an oil change approximately three weeks ago. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that there was catastrophic engine failure and the engine needed to be replaced.
