Description of the problem | Takata recall: my truck is nine years old and has been in the hot climate of texas for all of those nine years so it should be on a first priority list to be fixed since prolonged heat is one of the causes that make the takata airbags unsafe. The recall notice says, "the inflators may rupture during deployment, causing serious or fatal injuries," however general motors is not able to tell me a schedule for getting my truck fixed. |
