Description of the problem | Received a recall # 49151 letter in july 2016 stating that the passenger side airbag inflators are defective and that i would received a letter when parts were received. I never got a letter so i called chevrolet customer assistance # 1-800-222-1020 on 8-22-2016 spoke with lisa and was told they have no parts and vehicle was safe to drive. If the vehicle was safe why did i received the recall. |
