Description of the problem | Takata arecall a few years ago after hearing about a major air bag defect involving several thousand vehicles & then sometime later we were informed that our 2008 chevrolet was one of the units covered by the defective & dangerous air bag. About a year ago we went to our local dealer here" bill buck chevrolet" in venice florida where we were told they didnt have the slightest idea when we could expect to get it repaired. Now the latest i have read is the older units that are in hot, humid, states like florida are the ones most apt to explode if i can get any information or should i start researching other vehicles. |
