Description of the problem | Takata recall. Received postcard stating that a deadline to file a claim was nearing, and that i should call a dealership as soon as possible to schedule a free repair/replacement. Called allen tillery dealer in hot springs arkansas, which is where the vehicle was purchased, and was transferred to service where alan answered and stated that they did not have any parts and did not know when they would have parts. Unable to schedule a repair due to lack of parts. They stated that i should get a letter saying when to apply for parts. This postcard i have says to call my dealer as soon as possible. What to do? |
