Description of the problem | Takata recall. I have been inquiring about this recall for over a year. Gm refuses to fix it, saying the 2008 silverado will not have the exploding airbag issue due to the construction of the vehicle. If this were to be true, why is the recall continuously listed? I have made 6 inquiries to gm and their dealerships with no luck. They are very rude about it at the dealerships. Gm customer service is useless. So much so, we bought our last new car from another manufacturer. |
