Description of the problem | I received notification that my passenger side air bag is defective. (may 2016). I've been following this for 3 years. I called gm today and was informed it is still pending and remedy is not yet available. I called nhtfa and the complaint representative was very short and lack concern for my complaint. I said so this could take 10 years, and he said however long it takes. |
