Description of the problem | Have a gm recall from july 2016 on replacing front passenger airbag. Contacted gm recently and was told that recall incomplete because gm has not heard from information from nhtsa regarding petition for inconsequentially. So how are we to fix this issue and insure that the airbags are safe if deployed? Consumer is being left behind on this issue of safety and gm and federal government are doing nothing for over 4 years now. This issue with gm needs to be fixed and consumers safety taken seriously. No more gm products for this household, as they are passing the buck and not looking out for their consumers. And gov't (nhtsa) isn't moving quickly on this issue either. |
