Description of the problem | "takata recall". I spoke to a chevrolet dealership person (all star chevrolet north, 9352 plank road, baton rouge, la) about replacing my truck passenger side airbag. I first contacted them on november 7, 2017 and was told the device was not available. I contacted them again on may 10, 2018 and spoke with amanda. Amanda said she would check with her manager to determine if the part was available to schedule the fix but i have not been contacted. I decided to call chevrolet customer assistance center (1-800-222-1020) and i spoke with jane.
