Description of the problem | Have a 2008 chevy silverado, the rear drivers door lock has failed and won't open; now the front door and window is making a dragging noise. Chevy won't stand behind it. But i've seen several reports on line from others with the same problem. What if there was a wreck and someone needed to get to someone in the back or someone needed to get out. Plus if the front one gets worse it could happen to them also. Have taken it to 2 dealers in the portland or. Vancouver wa area, they won't stand behind it and neither will chevrolet. With so many complaints can't something be done to make them honor it. |
