Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet silverado 1500. While driving 35 mph and applying the brakes, the rear end of the vehicle would shake. The dealer replaced the rear drums, but that did not remedy the failure. Currently, the front end of the vehicle shakes while braking and the brakes are turning blue. The dealer replaced the brakes and rotors, but that also did not correct the issue. A certified brake specialist stated that the brake system was not compatible with the vehicle. The contact feels this is a safety issue because a crash could occur. The current mileage was 10,800 and failure mileage was 5,000. |
