Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2010 chevrolet silverado k1500 ltz. The contact stated, while driving 50 mph, he crashed into another vehicle. Because the airbags did not deploy, the passenger hit her chest on the dashboard and was injured. The driver of the other vehicle was also injured. A police report was filed. The contact stated that both the seat belts and air bags were defective. The vehicle was inspected by a representative from the manufacturer who stated that the air bags would only deploy in life-threatening situations.
