Description of the problem | About two years into owning this truck, (purchased brand new from dealer), the dashboard cracked at the corner of the passenger side airbag. There was no incident which caused the dashboard to crack. Nothing hit it, no accident, etc. This is a potential hazard and it seems to be a recurring problem for many chevrolet owners. I took it in to the dealer and they said it wasn't covered by any warranty. How is it okay for gm to know about a defect with many of their vehicles and not have to assume responsibility for fixing it?? |
