Description of the problem | Upon wiping my dashboard with a dry cloth(never used any products to clean, or treat the dashboard area) and i do not park vechile in direct sunlight .... I noticed 4 to 5 cracks in the dashboard area of both drivers side and passengers side... Most concerning... That 2 of the cracks are around the passanger air bag located on the passenger side dashboard... This is unacceptable as a consumer of gm and a chevy silverado who purchased a vechile thats priced above $45,000. I believe this should be taken very seriously considering the location of these cracks and should be a recall by gm considering the fact that many people are experiencing the same issues..... |
