Description of the problem | Dash cracked-my dash was replaced under warranty once already. It was cracked near the passenger airbag. It is now cracked again across the front window defrost on the drivers side. My truck is 7 years old and now needs the dash replaced for a 2nd time. I think that is a bit ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is that after it was replaced the first time the service tech told me that they new it was a problem with all of the black interior vehicles that had the gray dash and that it will crack again. Well its 5-6 yrs from when i had it replaced and its cracked again. |
