Description of the problem | Touch screen does not respond and handsfree malfunctions. Gps map also does not respond. Radio switches stations on its own and car places phone calls on mute. All of this happens when the vehicle is in motion either in the city or on the highway. It is very distracting and dangerous. I have been working with chevrolet for over a year on this and they don't deem to be able to fix this issue. I have read many forums that show customers with similar computer issues. |
