Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chevrolet silverado 1500. The contact stated that while driving at 7 mph, the brakes pedal was depressed and failed to respond as the abs warning light illuminated. As a result, the contact was still going 7 mph and allowed the vehicle to stop on its own. The contact turned the vehicle off and restated the vehicle to resume normal operation. The vehicle was taken to the dealer allen turner chevrolet (4150 s ferdon blvd, crestview, fl 32536, (850) 398-4105) where it was diagnosed that the brake vacuum pump failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 35,000. |
