Description of the problem | I'm adding to the growing list of complaints about the ac issues with gm/chevy full-sized vehicles from 2014-2015. As of 5/3/2018, i had noticed my ac only blowing hot air. Tried again the following day, same thing. Only being 2 years old, i found it incredibly odd that the freon would be gone already. Upon doing my research about the problem, i discovered that this is a tremendously egregious known issue with gmc/chevy owners and a recall regarding the problem has still not been issued to correct it. Given the fact my vehicle has just fallen out warranty as well, it's incredibly infuriating that i'm now forced to have these repairs come out of pocket and wait nearly a month for the parts to come in. This needs to be addressed immediately by gmc/chevy before the hottest days of summer arrive. |
