Description of the problem | Special coverage adjustment bulletin 17336 for ac condenser. Condenser leaks and breaks. Replacement required but replacement equipment sub par and also pron for failure. Chevrolet will not cover cost of replacement of condenser stating that the vehicle with 85,000 miles is not covered. This is a nation wide issue. This vehicle has had a total of 15 recalls on it. I am requesting assistance with the cost of the repair. Due to my allergies and this time of the year driving with the windows down and no ac is affecting my physically. The customer care center for chevorlet is giving me the run around and have been avoiding my claim since 3/03/2020. Today is 3/11/2020. Thus far they have offered to cover only $215 of $879+tax repair that they are aware of is a nation wide issue. Please help. |
