Description of the problem | Truck is 8 months old, less than 10k miles on it. Steering locked up backing out of my driveway. Esc warnings, and various other electrical warnings. Dealer stated it needs steering column or gear as they saw the codes and do not want me to drive the vehicle. Vehicle has been at dealer since november 1st (45 days and counting) gm has stated part should ship the week of december 30th... Even if it goes well this will be 60 days in a row without my truck! Definitely should be compensated for this. Roadside assistance was 2 hours late, dealership gave away loaner, then when i got a loaner dealership asked me to bring it back within a week because they sold the loaner... Now driving a small suv instead of my big truck. Hmmmm. |
