Description of the problem | Purchased this vehicle in nov of 2019. The rearview camera does not function properly and gm does not want to change my camera. They keep on stating they haven't found a fix and always leave me with no new information. I've opened tickets with them and nothing. Was reading online today and they state that the issue only happens on lower trim models. Mine is a custom trim model. I would like this fixed as it is dangerous, going reverse and the camera glitches out or turns black. |
