Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2003 chevrolet silverado 2500. The contact stated while driving 30 mph the brakes were applied and they malfunctioned causing the brake pedal to extend to the floorboard. The contact had to down shift and apply the emergency brake in order to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the brake line blow out was due to excessive corrosion.
