Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chevrolet suburban. While the contact was making a left turn, the steering lost power and then returned momentarily. The failure recurred and the vehicle shut off. The contact stated that an unknown stability indicator illuminated and the vehicle made a whistling noise.
