Description of the problem | After recently purchasing a used 2015 gm vehicle from a non-gm dealership, i made a service appointment with a local authorized gm service shop to have three outstanding safety recall issues addressed. My appointment was for 7:30 am on 8/25/2020 and i brought my vehicle to the shop in the morning of 8/25. After 4:30 pm i returned to retrieve my vehicle, and the service shop had not even brought it in to lol at the issues. No work had been performed, despite the service department having my vehicle in their possession not only during the timeframe specifically scheduled for them to perform this service, but the entire remainder of the work day. The safety recall issues remain unresolved. |
