Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chevrolet suburban. On all four doors, the exterior trim was detaching from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the adhesive on the trim was inadequate and needed to be reapplied. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. Heartland chevrolet (located at 501 n state route 291, liberty, mo) diagnosed that the bonding agent on the trim was defective and the panels would have to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 73,105. |
