Description of the problem | The paint (black) on the roof cracked and turned white like spider webbing. Chevrolet pointed the roof i had to part 65 % and they paid the rest. Now the same thing is happening on the hood. I was told its because of the sun and heat. I don't believe so, because the rest if the vehicle sits in the sun daily and the paint is fine. The vehicle is garage kept at night. I have a 2013 f-150 that sits in the sun all day and in not garage kept and the paint is still like new. There has to be something wrong with the paint or prep job was not done properly. |
