Description of the problem | Cracked dashboard bought my 2013 chevy tahoe ltz. Has only 98000 miles on it. Just noticed a crack at the top left corner of the dashboard, right at the edge of the passenger airbag. Two weeks later, another cracked appeared on the driver side, from the bottom edge of the dashboard and continued up and over the instrument cluster hump. Both cracks appeared while stationary. This vehicle is primarily garaged and has a windshield cover. Very disappointed, since the new retail of this vehicle is close $50,000 brand new and costs over $1000 to replace at the dealer. Not to mention, this is our primary family vehicle, which my wife, 7 yo, 4 yo and 6 month old ride in on a daily basis. |
