Description of the problem | My 2013 chevrolet ltz tahoe began experiencing intermittent warnings that the abs and traction control systems were off at around 60k miles. By the time the vehicle tit 65k the failures became regular and are now lit constantly. These are safety features that safeguard the operator and passengers during hard/emergency braking or during weather with snow, ice and rain. These key safety systems now are non functioning and the vehicle is rather unsafe without them. This is a $70+ k vehicle and it has key safety features failing very early into its life. It is unbelivable that chevrolet is not held to account by federal regulators for such significant safety failures. How many tahoes are in serious accidents each year due to loss of abs braking and traction control loss? |
